PharmGKB Status

PharmGKB has made updates to the aggregation, integration and display of genotype data to accommodate genome scale datasets.

Under the new views, the gene viewer now has tracks that show the incidence of variants in dbSNP and JSNP. For documentation, download this PDF file.

PharmGKB has also implemented a tab system for viewing phenotype files to allow users to view overview data, column headers and linked publications without signing in. To view individualized data, a PharmGKB username and password is required. For more information see the FAQ.

Known problems

PharmGKB is not aware of any issues with the website at this time.

The PharmGKB website works best with the following browsers:

  • Firefox v1.5.0.7 and above
  • IE v7.0 and above
  • Safari v2.0.4 and above (although we recommend Firefox on OS X)
