Submission Overview
Please note that only registered users may submit data. If you are not a registered user and would like to submit data, you will need to register. If you are a registered user, please sign in.
Select the type of data you would like to submit:
- Genotype Data
- Upload genotype data in XML format
- Upload genotype data using web forms and Excel templates
- Upload sample sets using web forms and Excel templates
- Submit Phenotype Data
- Submit Pathway Data
- Submit SNP Array Data
- Submit Microarray Data
- Submit Other Data
In order to submit data a user must belong to a registered Project and the Principal Investigator of the Project must assign them Submitter privileges. To assign privileges PIs should send requests via email to the PharmGKB Director, Teri E. Klein. To register a New Project please download the Word template, complete the required information and email it to submission@pharmgkb.org.
