Submit Microarray Data

PharmGKB accepts submissions of microarray data in two forms.

The first, and preferred method, is the submission of a MIAME compliant file in MAGE-ML format. Detailed directions on producing such a document are available. It would be helpful to PharmGKB if the submitter could also list any genes, drugs, diseases that are associated with the submission. Microarray data submitted in this form will be downloadable from the associated gene, drug and disease pages, under the subheading "PharmGKB Primary Data/Microarray Data Sets," but the contents of the file itself will not be displayed on the website. To submit this file, simply e-mail it to submission@pharmgkb.org.

The second method of submitting microarray data is to submit as a "DS file". Your data can be submitted in any Office file format or as a PDF; also please provide a list of genes, drugs and diseases to which we should connect the data along with a descriptive title and a brief description of the data. The data will be accessible from the associated gene, drug and disease pages from the Datasets Tab under the heading "Additional Datasets".
